耳区动脉的解剖及筋膜在颅耳角成形术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 耳后皮肤质地柔软．色泽接近面部．血供丰富，较为隐蔽。耳后筋膜易分离，血供相对恒定，可利用范围大。耳后皮瓣作为岛状皮瓣修复面部缺损可利用颞浅动脉为血管蒂，可触及范围广。耳后组织丰富，层次明晰，可移动性强，可用作单纯皮肤移植、耳甲腔软骨移植、以耳后动脉为蒂的耳后筋膜皮瓣、以颞浅动脉分支为蒂的回流筋膜皮瓣、耳后软骨筋膜皮瓣、回流软骨筋膜皮瓣、耳后软骨筋膜瓣、耳后软骨筋膜皮瓣附加乳突区筋膜瓣等修复临近或面部其他部位缺损及畸形。因此对于耳区组织的血供也一直是学者研究的重点。
