摘要
初步分析了我国北方广大麦区的水资源现状及麦田土壤水分动态；阐明了小麦生产中水资源短缺严重，生育期间干旱，尤其是春旱发生强度大、频率高、范围广，是制约小麦生产的主要因素；提出麦田节水潜力巨大，提高有限水资源的利用效率、走节水型道路是实现小麦稳定发展的根本出路；并就麦田节水、提高水分利用效率提出了一些对策。
The preliminary analysis on the present situation of water resource and the dynamic state of soil water in the vast wheat production aera in North China,indicated that water shortage in wheat production was very serious.Droughts,especially the spring drought always happenning in great intensity and wide extension with high frequency,were the main factors that restricted the wheat production.It is suggested that the potential of economized water is huge in wheat field in North China.To increase the using efficiency of the limited water resources was the fundamental way for realizing stable development of wheat production.Some countermeasures was further put forward to save water and increase water efficiency in wheat field.
