摘要
从国内已有的研究成果来看,学术界主要围绕行政文化概念、行政文化对行政管理活动的影响、传统行政文化及其现代化、行政文化建设的路径等方面进行研究。但在概念的把握、逻辑起点的界定、研究方法的运用及成果的时代感等方面还存在不足。深化行政文化的研究,应该准确界定行政文化概念的内涵、深入研究其逻辑起点,注重实证研究与比较研究,并把握时代发展脉搏。
According to the research on administrative culture, the academic circle mainly centers on some aspects of the concept and connotation, the structure of administrative culture, the relation between the traditional and the modem administrative culture, the comparison and the innovation of administrative culture. But there is an insufficien- cy of the understanding of concepts, the definition of the logic starting point, originality of the research methods and the modernity of the achievements. We should deepen the research of administrative culture by lucubrating its logic starting point, perfecting its theory structure, emphasizing empirical research method and keeping pace with the progress of the times.
