摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸乙胺丁醇的含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为A(乙酸铵和乙酸铜的缓冲液用冰醋酸调节pH=5.0)∶B(甲醇)=83∶17;柱温25℃;检测波长270nm;流速1.0ml.min-1;进样体积10μl。结果:盐酸乙胺丁醇浓度在14.40～720.0μg.ml-1范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9 n=6),平均回收率98.88%,s为1.57%。结论:该法准确,灵敏,快速,适用于盐酸乙胺丁醇片含量的控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of assay for ethambutol hydrochloride. Method： The ZOR- BAX SB-C18 column （4.6mm×150mm,5μm）was used. Mobile phase was A（buffer of ammonium acetate and copper acetate,adjust to pH 5.0 with alacial acetic acid）： B （methanol）=83：17; column temperature was set at 25℃ ; the UV detector was set at 270nm;the flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0ml·min^-1 and inject volumn was 10μl. Results： The calibration curve was a good linear within the range of 14.40-720.0μg·ml^-1 for ethambutol hydrochloride （r=0.999 9,n=6）.The average recovery was 98.88%. The relative standard deviation was 1.57%. Concluslons：The method was accurate ,sensitive and fast. It could be used for the quality control of ethambutol hydrochloride Tablets.
