摘要
国际合作办学对培养国际化保险人才有着重要的现实意义。国际化保险人才培养应注重人才培养观念国际化;人才培养管理模式国际化;教学方法、教学内容和教学手段国际化;师资队伍国际化;保险人才继续教育国际化。同时,合作办学还要从准入管理、过程监控、定期考核评估、优胜劣汰等方面严加管控,以保证中外合作办学质量。
International cooperation is very important for cultivating international talented people for the insurance industry. Education of international talents should adopt international concepts of education, international model of management, international methods, contents and tools, and international continuous education and employ international faculty. Meanwhile, there should be a stringent control process in approving cooperative educational schemes from the aspects of entry management, process supervision, and regular performance appraisal and attrition mechanism.
