摘要
从初次投入、工作效率、维修和保养费用三个方面对两种典型的液舱阀门遥控系统进行详细分析和比较;运用可靠性相关理论,建立可靠性模型,得出可靠度函数和平均无故障工作时间;最后指出两种阀门遥控系统适用范围,为船舶设计者提供了设计准则和选型依据。
Two typical remote control systems of fluid hold valves were analyzed and compared from aspects of the first time investment, the working efficiency and the maintenance costing, reliability models of the two remote control systems were set up based on relative reliability theoretics, the function of reliability and mean time between failure (MTBF) of them were deduced. The applicable ranges of the two remote control systems were indicated, design guideline and select criterions for the ship designer were provided.
