摘要
如果在一个指定XY平面进行加工的程序,经过指定旋转中心、旋转轴方向和角位移进行三维坐标变换,则可在任意的一个理想平面上进行加工。这对于用数控铣加工中心机床进行的三维加工编程非常有用。
By specifying a rotational center point, the rotational axis along with the related angle, an arbitrary plane could be setup for the NC machining. This could he useful to three dimensional programming for numerical controlled machining centers. This paper presented a discussion on how to make use of G68 and G69 commands in programming NC machine tool cutting on any specified planes. A example programming source code and result are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented method.
