摘要
通过分析430铁素体不锈钢连铸坯等轴晶比例偏低的影响因素,在电磁搅拌能力不足的情况下,改进工艺,使等轴晶比例得到大幅度提高,减少了铸坯横裂现象。
The effect factors of low equiaxed grain ratio in the continuous casting billet of 430 ferrite stainless steel were analyzed. The equiaxed grain ratio was improved dramatically and the transverse cracks decreased by improving the operation technology under the condition of insufficient electromagnetic stirring capacity.
