摘要
本文针对某型柴油机降低机油耗的要求,通过原因分析,对活塞组作了结构改进,借助Glide软件进行模拟对比分析,最后通过发动机台架试验进行了实践验证。得出最终结论:活塞的结构优化设计及摩擦副组的匹配是降低发动机机油耗的主要措施。
To reduce the oil consumption of diesel engine, the structure of piston assembly is improved after analyzing. The results is analyzed by simulation and comparison with Glide and validated by test. Finally, it is concluded that the optimization design and of piston structure and the matching between piston assembly is primary measured for lower oil consumption.
