摘要
CO是一种典型的卷烟烟气有害物质,对人体有很大的毒害作用。本文利用卷烟燃烧时高温催化氧化CO原理,研制出适合烟草工业用的纳米金属催化材料,并进行了降低卷烟烟气CO的实验研究。研究结果表明在卷烟烟丝中添加1#催化材料和2#催化材料能明显降低卷烟烟气CO释放量,分别降低30.22%和22.25%。
Carbon monoxide is a classic toxic gas in cigarette smoke, which is very harmful to human's health. Nano-catalysts were developed according to the principle that carbon monoxide can be oxidized to carbon dioxide at high temperature when the cigarette is burning in the presence of catalysts. Test cigarettes were made with 1# and 2# nano-catalysts respectively. Results showed that carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke could be reduced by 30.22% and 22.25% respectively.
