胃粘膜不同病变组织中Runx3蛋白表达的意义

摘要 目的:通过对Runx3蛋白在胃粘膜不同病变组织中的表达检测,探讨胃粘膜不同病变组织中Runx3蛋白表达的情况。方法:利用免疫组化法(S-P)检测178例胃癌高危人群胃粘膜活检标本及63例胃癌组织标本中Runx3蛋白的表达情况。结果:1178例胃粘膜组织中,Runx3蛋白在102例浅表性胃炎(CSG)中的阳性表达率为81.37%,在76例萎缩性胃炎(CAG)中的阳性表达率为72.37%,在伴有肠化生(IM)的60例中的阳性率为61.67%,在伴有异型增生(DYS)的9例中阳性表达率为55.55%,在胃癌(GC)中的表达率为41.26%。在CSG中的表达率最高,在胃癌表达率最低。2在63例胃癌中,Runx3蛋白在高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌中表达率分别是55.56%、40.00%、27.78%。结论:Runx3蛋白在慢性胃炎和伴肠化生中的表达较胃癌中高。说明Runx3蛋白参与胃癌的发生过程,可能是胃癌发生过程中的关键性基因。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Runx3 protein in the different pathological tissue of gastric mucosa. Methods: The immunohistochemical staining technique (S-P method) was used to detect the expressions of Runx3 in 178 specimens from the population ar gastric cancer risk and 63 specimens of gastric cancer. Results:①The protein expression rate of Runx3 in CS(;, CAG, IM, DYS, GC were 81.37%, 72.37%,61.67% , 55.55% and 41.26% respectively, The difference between CAG,CSG,IM and GC was significant. There was no difference between DYS and GC. ② In 63 cases of gastric cancer, the expression rate of Runx3 in well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated carcinoma was 55. 56%, 40. 00%, 27. 78% respectively. There was no difference between these groups. Conclusion: The protein expression of Runx3 is much higher in CSG and IM, So it may play an important role in carcinogenesis of gastric cancer.
