摘要
目的:探讨早期乳腺癌的钼靶X线和超声表现及钼靶X线联合超声检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析23例经病理证实的早期乳腺癌的钼靶X线和超声表现,23例均行钼靶X线摄片,其中14例同期配合超声检查。结果:X线表现为结节肿块影17例,彗星尾征5例、伪足征4例、导管征2例,微小钙化16例,还有血运增加6例、脂肪层浑浊3例,皮肤增厚5例,乳头凹陷4例。超声表现为不均匀低回声实性占位12例,5例有细点状钙化,6例可见血流信号,1例显示为低回声带。结论:早期乳腺癌的X线检查的直接征象不典型,需注意间接征象,辅助超声扫描可以有效提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率。
Objective To study the mammography and Doppler ultrasonography feature of early breast cancer and to discussed the diagnostic value of mammography and Doppler ultrasonography in early breast cancer. Methods 23 cases of early breast cancer confirmed histologically were all performed with mammography, and 14 of these cases were performed with color Doppler ultrasonography, Results Main Mammographic appearances of early breast cancer include masses（ 17 of 23 cases） and microcalcifications （ 16 of 23 cases）, it also include comet-tail sign （5 of 23 cases）, pseudopod sign （4 of 23 cases）, canal sign （2 of 23 cases） and increased focal vascularity （6 of 23 cases）, cloudy fatty （3 of 23 cases）, skin thicken （5 of 23 cases）, nipple depressed （4 of 23 cases）. Uhrasonographic appearances include inhomogeneous hypoechoic （12 of 14 cases）, calcifications （5 of 14 cases） ,blood flow（6 of 14 cases） and zonal hypoechoic （1 of 14 cases）. Conclusion Direct X-ray signs of early breast cancer are not typical, so we need to pay more attention to the indirect X-ray signs ; mammography combined with color ultrasonography can raise diagnostic rate of early breast cancer.
