摘要
目的观察复方三乙醇胺乳膏（自研制）防治急性放射性皮炎的临床效果和不良反应。方法将100例需要放射治疗颈部、胸部和腋窝的肿瘤患者随机分为两组：观察组50例,放射治疗开始即给予复方三乙醇胺乳膏涂抹并进行常规皮肤护理指导;对照组50例,只进行常规皮肤护理指导。结果Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度放射性皮炎的发生率,观察组分别为34.0%、4.0%、0.0%,而对照组分别为58.0%、24.0%、10.0%,两组比较P=0.000。放射性皮炎发生的照射剂量/时间,对照组89.1%（41/46）发生于照射40 Gy/4 W之前,而观察组68.4%（13/19）发生于照射40 Gy/4 W之后,且只发展到Ⅱ度。两组比较P=0.000。结论复方三乙醇胺乳膏能有效地对急性放射性皮炎进行防治,降低其发生率和程度,延缓其发生,促进损伤修复,且无副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and toxic reaction of compound trolamine cream（made by ourself） to prevent and treat acute radiodermatitis.Methods One hundred tumor patients who accept radiotherapy for neck, chest and armpit were randomized into two groups：treatment group（50cases） was given compound trolamine cream application and general skin care program since the first radiotherapy session,while control group（50cases） was given without this medication but general skin care program.Results The rate of radiodermatitis at gradeⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ in the treatment group were obviously lower than that in the control group（P=0.000）;the dose and time which radiodermatitis occurred were observed,with the difference between two groups significant（P=0.000）.Conclusion Compound trolamine cream can effectively prevent and treat acute radiodermatitis.It can decrease the rate and grade of radiodermatitis,postpone the development,hasten healing,so as to ensure uneventful radiotherapy.It is safe without toxic reaction.
