摘要
目的观察长效β１受阻滞剂比索洛尔对原发性高血压患者２４ｈ动态血压的影响。方法服药前及服药后２周各测量一次动态血压。结果比索洛尔对白天血压有很好的降压效应，而对夜间血压不产生过度降压作用，且对血糖、血脂、血尿酸无不良影响。
Aim\ To investigate the circadian blood pressure changes in essential hypertensive patients treated with bisoprolol .\ Methods The ambulatory blood pressure of the patients with primary hypertension was examined before and after 2 weeks administration of a long effect β 1 blocker bisoprolol.\ Results\ The bisoprolol can reduce the maximal and the average blood pressure without side effects on blood sugur, lipid and uric acid.
