摘要
从7个方面探讨了区域科技平台建设中资源有效整合的思路与方法,指出为有效整合科技资源,就要运用现代技术手段,通过政策调控和法规体系及有效的管理体制和运行机制,实现科技基础条件的共建共享,最大限度地利用有限资源,提高资源的利用率。
This paper probes into the ideas of and methods for the effective integration of resources in the construction of regional sci-tech platform from seven aspects, and points out that in order to make effective integration of the sci-tech resources, should use the modem techniques to realize the co-construction and sharing of basic sci-tech conditions, make good use of the limited resources and increase the utilization rate through the policy adjustment and control, legal framework, and effective management system and operation mechanism..
