摘要
法律英语是一种具有法律专业特点的语言,在长期的发展过程中形成了自己独特的句法特性。本文主要从陈述句、完整句、长句、平行并列句、被动语态以及一般现在时等的使用阐述了法律英语的句法特征。
Legal English is a type of professional language. , which has formed its own unique features in the long period of development. This paper discusses such syntax features as the use of declarative sentences, complete sentences, long sentences, paralleled and paratactic sentences, passive voice and the simple tense etc.
