摘要 目的探讨雄激素受体第一外显子CAG三核苷酸重复序列与男性型脱发(MPB)的关系。方法收集MPB患者34例(顶秃3例,额秃31例)和正常男性38例,通过STR测定CAG重复数目。结果MPB患者CAG重复长度范围13.0-30.0,平均22.7。3例顶秃和31例额秃CAG平均值分别为22、0,23.8。对照组CAG重复长度范围15.0-30.0,平均23.3。不同组之间差异无显著性(P〉0、05)。结论雄激素受体CAG三核苷酸重复序列可能不是男性型脱发的主要遗传致病因素,治疗时需综合考虑。 Objective To investigate the polymorphism of (CAG)n repeats within androgen receptor (AR) gene among male pattern baldness and normal of Chinese male population. Methods PCR and short tandem repeat (STR) were used to deter- mine the number of (CAG)n repeats in these men (n = 72,38normal, 34 frontal baldness ,3 vertex baldness). Results The num- ber of polymorphic (CAG) n repeats ranged from 13.0 to 30.0, control 22.7 ; In the 3 vertex baldness, the average of CAG number was 22.0;frontal,23.8;control,23.3 ,P 〉0.1.
