摘要
促进农村经济社会发展,加快农村人力资源开发,提高农民素质是重中之重。对湖南农村人力资源开发现状与困境进行了分析,并针对性提出几点对策建议。
It is of great importance to promote the economic and social development of rural areas, to accelerate human resource development of rural areas, and to improve the peasant＇s quality. This paper focuses on the present situation and existing problems of human resource development of rural areas in HUNAN Province, and brings out some suggestions in the end.
