摘要
使用聚四氟乙烯（ＰＴＦＥ）异质移植膜代替自体粘膜移植，对６４眼进行分组对比研究，结果显示ＰＴＦＥ异质植片对组织刺激性小，能显著减少睑球粘连发生率。在碱烧伤后３周末，实验组与对照组睑球粘连发生率分别为３７．５％与７１．９％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。病理学检查显示实验组结膜仅有轻度异物反应及慢性炎症反应。认为ＰＴＦＥ异质膜用于眼前段重建手术。
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEF) alloplasmatic grafts were used as substitute for autotransplantation of mecous membrane after serious anterior segment alkali burn of rabbit eyes. The protection of PTFE graft for surface of conjunctival wound and guiding effect for regeneration of survival, conjunctival tissue were observed by methods of slit lamp, pathological histology and scanning electron microscopy. 64 eyes were equally divided into 2 groups. The results showed that tissue irritation of PTFE grafts was mild and the incidences of symblepharon in experimental group was 37.5% and 71.9% in control group (P<0.01). Low grade foreign body reaction and chronic inflammatory reaction were observed in pathological sections of conjunctival tissue in the experimental group. It is suggested PTFE graft be an ideal guidance for conjunctival regeneration and reasonable substitute for mucous membrane in ocular anterior segment restoring operations.
