病毒感染后继发粒细胞减少症的诊治体会

摘要 目的:探讨小儿病毒感染后继发粒细胞减少的诊疗要点,以及防治措施。方法:回顾性分析我院儿科2005年1月～2006年12月小儿继发于病毒感染的粒细胞减少症58例,作回顾性分析。结果:58例均采取治疗原发病、加强抗病毒、防止感染和增强免疫等综合治疗措施,大都好转治愈。结论:小儿继发性粒细胞减少症以病毒感染为主,好发于<1岁的婴儿,临床表现基本一致,采取综合治疗可取得较好的疗效。
