摘要
田间调查和试验结果表明：西葫芦根腐病一般在初花期开始显症，造成根部腐烂，整株死亡。在整个生长季节中有两次发病高峰，第一次高峰在12月中下旬，第二次高峰在4月中旬前后。黏土、地膜覆盖、低洼潮湿、多年连茬、根茎部伤口有利于根腐病的侵染与发生。品种早青一代比冬玉抗病，主栽的几个国外品种田间抗性差异不明显。病残体、土壤可以带菌，土壤中的病菌主要分布在0-15cm土层中。
The root rot of summer squash is a kind of serious disease oceurlng in the greenhouse in SharLxl province in recent years, the results of field investigation and experiment showed as following： The symptom of the disease appeared commonly in early days of blossom and represented root rot and plant death. The occurrence tendency of the disease was double apices curves, the first peak appears probably during the middle and latter December, the second peak appears probably during the mid - April. The clay soil, continuous cropping, plastic mulching and root wound aggravate the occurrence of the disease. The variety of Zaoqingyidai was more resist than Dongyu, the resistance of the several external varieties planted mainly in the district had no obvious difference. Residues and soil may carry the pathogen, the pathogen in soil mainly was distributed in the 0- 15cm deep soil layer.
