摘要
经手术和病理证实颅咽管瘤４８０例，２０岁以下患者２３４例占４８．８％。视力障碍６８１只眼占８３．５％，视野缺损５１３只眼占７９．２％，还可以表现为视神经乳头的水肿或萎缩、眼肌麻痹、内分泌功能障碍及颅高压症状等。并对本病的眼部改变做了讨论。
We reported 480 cases of craniopharyngioma confirmed by clinical operation and pathological examination.Percent 48 8% of patients are less than 20 years old.Optic disoreders 83 5%.Visual field defects 79 2%.Some other manifestations such as edema or atrophy of opticopupillary,paralysis of ocular muscles,dysfunction of endocrine and ICP(introcraniopressure)elevations are also presented in some cases.We especially discussed the ocular changes.
