摘要
正确识别风险并选择适当的模型对节能服务公司面临的风险进行合理的度量,有利于其进行正确的投资决策,保证节能项目的成功实施。在对风险进行界定的基础上,将风险度量的多维功效函数模型与风险效用理论相结合,这种改进的新模型完善了多维功效函数模型,为度量节能服务公司的风险提供了更为科学、合理的方法。
It is very useful for ESCo to make rational decisions by recognizing risks correctly and choosing proper model to measure risk, which can also assure the energy conservation projects implemented successfully. Based on the definition of risks, the paper proposes a new model of measuring risk by integrating multi-dimensional effect function and risk effect theory. The improved multi-dimensional effect function model provides a more scientific and reasonable method for ESCo risk measurement.
