摘要
新世纪国际社会创新战略发生了根本性的转变,理论上彻底摆脱了传统的技术创新论和线性模式的羁绊,全面肯定并接受系统论及动态的非线性交互(interactive)型创新模式。本文根据对国际创新理论的研究,总结归纳为"创新概念的再定义"、"动态非线性交互型创新模式"、"创新的非技术性要素和非技术性创新"、"创造知识是创新的核心,创新过程的本质是学习"、"动态的创新生态系统"、"创新的科学分类"和"新的创新测度和创新计量学"七大进展。
In the begining of the new century, the international innovation strategy have radically changed. The traditional tech-innovation theory and the linear model have been cast off thoroughly. Based on the research of international innovation theory,the author summarized seven aspects of these developments：＂Re-define the concept of innovation＂,＂a dynamical,non-linear,interactive pattern of innovation＂,＂the non-technical factors of innovation,and non-technical innovation＂,＂creating knowledge is the core of innovation,and learning is the essence of the innovative process＂,＂dynamical ecosystem of innovation＂,＂scientifical classification of innovation＂and＂ new measurement of innovation and the innovation metrics＂ .
