摘要
新课程背景下的教师评价改革,必须正确处理好“发展性教师评价与奖惩性教师评价的关系”,着眼于寻求“奖惩”和“发展”之间良好的结合点,使教师评价既能够保持教师的绩效压力,提高教学效能,又能够保持对教师的内在激励,促进教师的专业发展和提高。
Under the condition of new curriculum, the relationship between the teacher evaluation for growth and the one for reward or punishment must be done well in looking for the good point of relation between the development and the reward or punishment. Good system of teacher evaluation must be first able to hold the compressive stress of teachers' performance, second to hold the teachers' inner encouragement, which promotes the growth and development of teachers' specialty.
