摘要
以钛酸丁酯Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,采用了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2颗粒,并做了XRD表征。以太阳光为光源,以纳米TiO2为光催化剂,降解富集在滤布上的油雾。实验研究了溶胶浓度、制备溶胶方法和反应温度对油雾降解的影响。实验结果表明:光催化剂TiO2在太阳光下能使被吸附的油雾发生降解,且降解反应速度快,效果好。
The nanometer TiO2 is prepared using the sol-gel method from Ti(OC4H9)4 in C2H5OH that showed a higher activity. The degradation of oil mist of fabric in aqueous solution was conducted use nanometer TiO2 as photochemical catalyst under solar irradiation. The effects of the concentration of TiO2, the preparation of the TiO2 sol and the temperature are explored on the photocatalysis performance by experiments. The results indicate that the purifying performance of the nanometer material is superior to that of the ordinary materials, the photodegradation effect is high and the reaction is fast.
