摘要
以水性叔氟乳液为基料,碳纤维为填料,并加入其他填料和助剂,制备了一种环保型水性叔氟/碳纤维导电涂料。从碳纤维质量分数、分散剂、碳纤维粒径等方面对涂料导电性能的影响进行了考察,并给出了该导电涂料的综合性能指标。
A waterborne tertiary-fluoro/carbon fiber conductive coating was prepared by using the waterborne tertiary-fluoro emulsion as the matrix, the carbon fiber as the filler and adding other fillers and assistants. The influence of the carbon fiber mass fraction, dispersion agent, carbon fiber particle size, etc on the conductive properties of the coating was investigated. The comprehensive property indexes of the conductive coating are given.
