摘要
"网婚"正在危及现实婚姻的稳定,对传统婚姻家庭和伦理道德观念发生了冲击,也向我国现行立法提出了挑战。"网婚"成为网络时代公民道德与法制建设面临的一个新动向,一种值得探讨的当代文化现象。
＂Network marriage,＂ the reality is endangering the stability of marriage, of the traditional marriage and family, and ethical concepts for the attacks, but also to our current legislation presents a challenge. ＂Internet marriage＂ has become the network era civic morality and the rule of taw in the construction of a new trend. A worthwhile to explore the contemporary cultural phenomenon. This paper will be the ＂net marital＂ nature, causes, harmful consequences starting explored moral and legal means of ＂net marital＂ supervision and regulation.
