Imaging Technology and its Application in Acquiring "Shape" Properties of Pulse Information

摘要 目的:应用MRI与B超的影像学方法获取脉"形"属性特征,并进行比较。方法:选择年龄在20-30岁之间的健康志愿者,采用成熟的脉浮变、沉变、滑变及芤变造模方法,应用NX-8型可视化脉诊信息采集分析仪及Magnetom Avanto1.5T超导磁共振成像仪观察寸口桡动脉血管运动,测定反映脉"形"属性的相关指标。结果:MRI与B超均可获得可视化脉动信息影像,且在脉诊信息有效获取价值上二者无明显区别。脉位浮变、滑变和芤变时,寸口桡动脉明显扩张,其横截面的直径和面积均明显增大,均呈现脉形属性偏宽的改变。而脉位沉变时,血管口径、面积均减小;呈现脉形属性偏窄的改变。结论:可利用成熟的B型超声技术采集中医寸口桡动脉的血管运动信息以获取脉"形"属性特征。 Authors collect the "shape" properties of pulse information using imaging technologies, including MRI and B - ultrasound scanning, and compare the results derived from two methods. Proven methods are used to establish a model for floating pulse, deep pulse, slippery pulse, and hollow pulse of healthy volunteers aged from 20 to 30 years old. Dynamic images of radial artery are collected using an NX - 8 video - pulse information collective analyzer and Magnetom Avanto 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system. The indexes concerning "shape" properties are also measured. The study shows that visual pulse information can be picked up from both MRI and BU. There is no significant difference between MRI and BU in acquiring useful pulse information for further analysis. In the context of floating pulse, slippery pulse, and hollow pulse, the radial artery is noticeably dilated, with an enlarged diameter and area of radial artery cross - section, manifested by enlarged pulses. When coming to deep pulse, the diameter and area of radial artery cross -section are decreased, manifested by a narrow pulse shape. It is concluded that B - ultrasound can be used to collect the information of radial artery's movement in an attempt to determine the "shape" properties of pulse.
