摘要
本文从文明与物质生产方式相互联系的角度,考察工业革命以来人类文明的变迁;分析中国发展面临的环境污染与资源匮乏的"瓶颈"效应;提出建设生态文明的战略措施:要大力建设生态县、生态市、生态省,特别是要借鉴发达国家工业化与信息化的成功经验,发展一批生态产业研究实验基地。
This paper explores the evolution of human civilization since the industrial revolution by referring to the relation of civilization and the mode of material production. The author analyzes the complicated bottle-neck problem of environmental pollution and shortage of natural resources, and suggests strategies of constructing ecologic civilization. The principles of drawing experience from developed countries on industrialization, and information technology are recommended, large-scale development of research laboratories of ecologic industry is advocated, and the dialectic materialist principle that every conclusion should be reached on the basis of experimental evidence is emphasized
