摘要
论述了以非接触式IC卡为收费介质的停车场管理系统软件的设计、优化及实现.该系统采用了目前已经非常成熟的非接触式IC卡读写技术、计算机控制技术以及数据库技术,能够大幅度提高停车场车辆通行的流畅性,减少车辆停滞时间,简化驾驶人员操作过程,从而进行停车场进出车辆的计算机化智能管理,有效降低停车场管理系统的运营成本和管理人员劳动强度.
This paper mainly describes application management software design, optimization and eomplementation of a kind of a parking management system with non-contact IC card as toll media. This system uses present mature non-contact IC card, computer control and database technology. The system can improve car＇s flow, decrease stay time and predigest operation process. Consequently, it improves parking system＇s intelligent management and decreases running cost effectively.
