摘要
目的:测定替米沙坦的油水分配系数,预测并解释其在人体内的吸收、分布、排泄情况。方法:以正辛醇-水为模拟系统,采用摇瓶法-紫外分光光度法,在232 nm 波长处测定分配平衡后油相中药物浓度,由此计算替米沙坦的油水分配系数。结果:在正辛醇-水体系中,pH=7.29时替米沙坦的油水分配系数 lgP=2.22。结论:应用摇瓶-紫外分光光度法,能够准确测定替米沙坦的油水分配系数,并由此推测其体内过程。
Objective : To determine the partition coefficient of telmisartan for the prediction of its absorption,distribution and excretion. Methods: A shake flask - ultraviolet speetrophotometry method was established to determine n - oetanol/water partition eoeffieient of telmisartan. Results: The lgP of telmisartan under pH 7.29 is 2. 22. Conclusion:The shake flask -ultraviolet speetrophotometry method can be used to determine the partition coefficient of, telmisartan accurately and help to predict its intraeorporal process.
