摘要
为了提高CAD系统和PDM/ERP系统信息集成,消除企业信息孤岛,提出了一种从现有CAD装配图中提取产品设计BOM的方法,阐述了该系统的设计原理和关键技术,并且在Solid-EdgeV15平台上,利用VISUAL BASIC6.0作为开发工具,设计出了基于装配结构图的BOM提取系统,并将提取的BOM以EXCEL文件的形式成功地导入了ERP系统中。
For the sake of improve the information integration between the CAD system and PDM/ ERP system and eliminating enterprise＇s information isolation, the BOM auto-generation from product＇s assembly drawing of CAD System was put forward, and the designing theory and key technology were discussed.The BOM auto-generation System based on the SolidEdgeV15 designing platform by using VISUAL BASIC6.0 as developing tools, and finally the BOM was imported into ERP system successfully.
