股胫关节面的形态与扣锁机制的解剖学基础 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过观测股胫关节面的形态结构,探讨股胫关节扣锁机制的解剖学基础。方法:93侧186根股骨与胫骨,观测股胫关节面的形态结构。结果:①股骨内侧髁关节面中部前后长(62.0±2.8)mm,左右宽(23.9±1.7)mm,关节面周缘长(108.3±5.2)mm;股骨内侧髁关节面中部压迹呈三角形,长(15.1±3.6)mm,压迹朝前内方向角度为71.7°±6.7°。股骨外侧髁关节面中部前后长(62.1±2.9)mm,左右宽(28.5±2.3)mm,关节面周缘长(111.7±4.5)mm;股骨外侧髁关节面中部压迹呈一字形,压迹长(16.4±7.3)mm,压迹朝前外方角度为73.3°±7.5°。②胫骨内侧窝关节面前后方向深(3.3±0.7)mm,左右方向深(6.0±0.8)mm;胫骨内侧髁关节面中部前后长(45.3±2.7)mm,左右宽(30.7±1.8)mm;胫骨外侧髁关节面关节窝前后方向深(1.8±0.6)mm,左右方向深(5.1±0.9)mm;胫骨外侧髁关节面中部前后长(41.4±3.9)mm,左右宽(31.9±2.2)mm。结论:股骨内、外侧髁关节面中部有内、外侧压迹,与胫骨近端内、外侧髁关节窝及半月板共同形成股胫关节的扣锁机制。 OBjective: To explore the catch mechanism of articulatio emorotibialis through the observation of the articular surface of the articulatio emorotibialis. Methods: 186 articular surfaces of articulatio femorotibialis were bserved and measured on 93 dry bones of lower limb. Results: The anteroposterior imension of articular surface of medial condyle of femur was 62.0±2.8 mm, the ransverse diameter 23.9±1.7 mm, and the length of circumferentia of articular surface 08.3 ±5.2mm respectively. The impression of central region of medial condyle of emur presented to be a triangle which was 15.1±3.6 mm in length, and the forward and nward angle of impression about 71.7°±6.7°. The anteroposterior dimension of articular surface of the lateral condyle of femur was 62.1 ±2.9 mm, the transverse diameter 28.5±2.3 nun, and the length of circumferentia 111.7±4.5 mm;The impression in the central region of lateral condyle presented as a font, with the length of 16.4± 7.3 mm, the forward and inward angle of 73.3°±7,5°. The anteroposterior diameter of tibia articular facet was 3.3 ±0.7mm and the transverse diameter 6.0±0.8 mm;The anteroposterior dimension of articular surface of medial condyle of tibia was 45.3 ±2.7 mm, and the transverse diameter 30.7±1.8 mm. The anteroposterior diameter of lateral condyle of tibia articular facet was 1.8±0.6mm, the transverse diameter 5.1 ±0.9 mm; The anteroposterior dimension of the central condylus lateralis tibiae surface was about 41.1 ±3.9 mm, and the transverse diameter 31.9±2.2 mm. Conehmiona:The central regions of medial and lateral condyle of femur articular surface present impressions. The fastened mechanism of the articulatio femorotibialis is formed between articular fovea of the lateral and medial tibial condyle.
