摘要
配电GIS是将分布在空间的种类繁多的电力设施、配电设备以及电力客户受电设备利用现代地理信息和数据库技术加以描述,结合配电网安全生产管理等核心业务形成的可视化的安全生产管理系统。本文对基于GIS的配电网安全生产管理系统建设的必要性、实现的主要功能和需要注意问题进行了探讨。
Distribution GIS is the system to combine electric power facilities, distribution equipment and power customer receiving equipment together by using modern geographic information ＆ database technology. Visualized safe production management system is formed in the combination of core business, such as safe production management of power distribution. Combined with writer＇s experiences, this paper studies the necessity, realized function and points for attention of GIS-based safe production management system.
