摘要
本文辩析了"技术创新"的涵义,分析了华中科技大学Dian团队在培养大学生创新性人才方面积累的成功经验,并认为这种培养模式不但是对高等教育的有益补充,更是对素质教育的积极探索。
This article points out that present science and technology innovation can be divided into science innovation and technology innovation. And the technology innovation is an important target in current phase. The authors analyze the case of Dian Team, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, which cumulates lots of experience in undergraduate innovation training. As the result, the Dian team mode is not only a beneficial supplement to higher education, but also the positive research in all-around talent development.
