摘要
滚轮球面弧盘无级变速器是一种新型牵引传动机械无级变速器,与半环型锥盘滚轮无级变速器相比,其本身具有正、反转输出,而且具有较高的使用寿命。本文介绍了该无级变速器的传动原理和结构设计特点,并对其进行了运动学分析。
Roller sphere disc CVT(continuously variable transmission) is a new type of traction drive mechanical CVT.Comparing with the half-toroidal CVT,this type of CVT has forward and reverse turn output and longer service life.The transmission theory and structure design characteristics of roller sphere disc CVT is deseribed,and the kinematic analysis is carried out.
