摘要
建立了太阳能辅助热泵多功能复合机(SAHPM)供热模式下循环过程的火用平衡方程,根据实验测试数据确定出热力循环的有关参数,计算出系统主要部件的火用损失,其中集热器和压缩机的火用损失分别达到31.84%和14.89%,占了火用损失总量的45.8%和21.4%。经进一步分析得出系统中集热器与压缩机不匹配是造成上述问题的主要原因,而在系统中合理实现电子膨胀阀和压缩机的智能联合控制可以有效提高能源利用率,减少火用损失。
The exergy balance equations for circulation process of solar assisted heat pump multi-function machine (SAHPM) under heating mode are established. Basis on lots of experimental data, the correlative parameters in thermodynamic circulation are obtained for calculating the exergy losses of main parts in the system. The results of calculation show that the exergy losses of compressor and solar collectors reach 31.84% and 14.89% respectively, and account for 45.8% and 21.4% in the whole losses. The further analysises show that the mismatch between the solar collectors area and compressor capacity is the main reason that cause the problem mentioned above, and the realization of intelligent unite control in the system can improve the using rate of energy source effectively and decrease the exergy loss.
