摘要
人工冻结法是一种经济可靠的隧道联络通道开挖方法。冻结壁厚度是否达到设计要求是安全施工的重要保证。考虑实际施工过程中冻结管偏斜布置的情况,利用三维有限元方法对上海复兴东路越江隧道联络通道进行温度场模拟。针对冻结壁最薄弱的地方,分别在冻结壁底部、中部和顶部建立路径,并绘制每条路径不同时间点的温度分布曲线,最后分别分析了盐水温度、导热系数、焓三个因素对温度场分布的影响,得出有意义的结论,对联络通道安全施工有重要参考价值。
Artificial freezing method is an economical and effective method for digging the connection aisle of tunnels. Whether the freezing wall reaches design thickness is very important for safe construction. In this paper, the temperature field of the connection aisle of Shanghai East - Fuxing Road tunnels, which pass across Huangpu River, is computed by 3D FEM method. In this computation, the inclined installation of freezing tubes is taken into account. Paths are established in the bottom, middle and top of the thinnest freezing wall. Temperature distribution curves are plotted for each path. Furthermore, this paper analyses the influence of the change of brine temperature, conductivity, enthalpy on the temperature field. Some significant conclusions can be drawn by studying the patterns about the freezing wall thickness develops with time. The conclusions are helpful for safe construction of tunnel connection aisles.
