摘要
目的:探讨严重眼外伤行玻璃体切除术围术期的护理方法。方法:对36例严重眼外伤行玻璃体切除术患者,术前进行良好的心理护理、充分准备、有效的固视训练,术后做好体位护理、眼痛观察、预防并发症的护理。结果:术后视力提高23例(63.9%),视力不变10例(27.8%),视力下降3例(8.3%)。12例眼内异物均经手术顺利取出,19例视网膜复位,1例因视网膜全脱离未能复位。结论:对严重眼外伤行玻璃体切除术患者,给予正确、全面、有重点的护理,可明显减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者恢复。
Objective： To explore approaches of perioperative nursing care in the treatment of severe ocular injury by vitrectomy. Methods： Thirty six patients with severe ocular injury were given mentality nursing care, training on visual fixation preoperatively and nursing care in postures, observation on ache in eyes and prevention of complication postoperatively. Results： The improvement of vision was found in 23 cases （63.9% ） ; no improvement in 10 cases （27.8%） ; hypopsia in 3 cases （8.3 % ）. Intraocular foreign bodies of 12 cases were taken out smoothly; retinal reattachment in 19 cases; retinal reattachment failed in 1 cases due to complete retinal detachment. Conclusion： Proper, comprehensive and focused nursing care can evidently decrease incidence of complication so as to accelerate patient＇s recovery in the treatment of severe ocular injury by vitrectomy.
