摘要
和谐图书馆的构建,对图书馆的制度建设提出了新的要求。从和谐图书馆及制度建设走向分析入手,总结了和谐理念下图书馆制度建设面临的形势任务和要解决的问题。
Construction of harmonious libraries will put forward new requests for library system building. This paper has analyzed the trend of harmonious library and system construction, and summarized tasks and problems facing library system building under harmonious idea.
