摘要
生物芯片因其自身的优越性已成为大批量分析必不可少的工具。针对不同的芯片载体和生物反应的不同要求,出现了许多不同的载体表面处理方法。主要对被动式生物芯片的各种不同的表面处理方法进行了比较,指出了其优缺点。
Biochip became the necessary implement in mass analysis as the superiority by itself.. Different treatment with carrier surface has appeared for different carrier and reaction condition respectively. This paper mainly discuss the advantage and disadvantage between different surface treatment.
