摘要
子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的妇科疾病,可采用药物和手术治疗,手术治疗效果较好但复发率高,而药物治疗副作用大。随着腹腔镜技术和副作用小的药物在临床的使用,明显提高了子宫内膜异位症的治疗效果。本文就子宫内膜异位症的手术、药物治疗现状作一综述。
Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease. The therapeutic methods for endometriosis includes medication and surgery, but the medication has more adverse reaction and the recurrent rate of surgery is still higher. The clinical applications of laparoscope and medicine with less adverse reaction obviously improve the therapeutic efficacy of endometriosis. This article reviews the current status of surgical technique and medication for endometriosis.
