摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定去甲斑蝥素的含量及有关物质。方法:色谱柱为Shim-Pack C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调节pH至3.0):甲醇(80:20)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为213nm。结果:去甲斑蝥素在0.1~2.0mg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率100.0%,RSD0.8%(n= 9)。结论:本方法简便、快速,准确。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination the contents of norcantharidin and its related substances. Method: The Shimadzu Shlm-Pack C18 colunm (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was composed of 0.02 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate( adjust pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)-methanol (80:20 ) , the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 213 nm. Result: The linear range of 11oreantharidin was 0.1 -2.0 mg·ml^-1 ,r =0. 999 9,the average recovery was 100.0%, RSD 0. 8% (n =9). Conclusion: The method is simple ,rapid and accurate.
