摘要
目的探讨经阴道三维超声能量显像对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法对2004年1月至2007年6月,在我院健康体格检查或临床怀疑宫颈癌患者,进行经腹、经阴道以及三维血管能量显像检查。结果经阴道彩色多普勒检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率为61.9%,经阴道三维血管能量显像对宫颈癌的诊断符合率达87.3%。结论经阴道三维血管能量显像能直观、清晰地显示新生血管的分布,提高对宫颈癌的诊断符合率,是诊断宫颈癌的一项重要检查方法。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional vessel energy image technology via vagina for cervical carcinoma.Methods Imply the three-dimensional vessel energy image technology via abdomer and vagina to the skeptical patients who had the medical examination in our hospital or clinical skeptical patients of cervical carcinoma,and the patients of confirmed diagnosis by pathological biopsy of cervix from 2004,1 to 2007,6.Results The coincidence rate of cervical carcinoma by color Doppler via vagina is 61.9%,and the 3D vessel energy image technology via vagina is 87.3%.Conclusion The 3D vessel energy image technology via vagina that is an important detecting method of diagnosing cervical carcinoma can show the distribution of new-born vessel clearly and directly,which can increase the coincidence rate of cervical carcinoma.
