活性炭纤维处理油田回注水的可行性 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国油田采出的原油中含有大量水分,油田采出水可以用于回注。但在实际运行中大部分的回注污水水质还达不到低渗油藏注水要求,致使水井欠注,影响采油质量。活性炭纤维是一种新型高效吸附材料,具有独特的孔结构。作者分析了应用活性炭纤维作为精细过滤材料的可行性,认为其可以改善注水水质,但存在清洗、成本等问题,造成其不能在油田回注水处理中的推广应用,是以后研究中需重点解决的问题。 In recent years,it is found that there is a great deal of water from crude oil in the oiltields in 12hlna. The water reinjection becomes necessary. But the reinjected effluent quality can not meet the requirement of low permeability oil resource injection,which causes insufficient injection in water wells and influences the quality of extracted oil. Activated carbon fiber(ACF) is a new type of efficient adsorbent, and has a kind of unique bore structure The feasibility of using ACF as the fine filter is analyzed. It can improve the quality of injected water. But some problems like cleaning, cost and so on occurred in the application of activated carbon fiber. These have made it impossible for ACF to be used in the treatment of oil field reinjection water;and will be the key problems to be solved in the future.
