摘要
通过文献资料法、专家调查法、逻辑分析法从体育教师科研能力和体育教师专业发展内涵入手,对体育教师科研能力现状、影响因素及对策、体育教师专业发展影响因素及对策、科研能力与其专业发展的相互关系进行了研究,旨在对于学校体育发展、体育教师科研能力及其专业发展提供借鉴意义。
This paper,by reviewing the literature and collecting data,consulting the experts,and adopting the logical analysis,deals first with the factors affecting the research capability and academic cultivation for P.E.teachers,and then with the solutions to them,and lastly with the relationship between the research capabiltiy and the academic development,which is conducive to the development of physical education at universities or colleges as well as the cultivation of the teachers.
