摘要
一种基于图像灰度等高线及灰度变化加速度进行图像分割的方法,在二维图像中提取出灰度等高线,综合考虑菌落图像的三维信息,最后利用边界变化加速度信息进行分割。该方法不同于直接利用相邻像素间灰度值的相似性进行图像分割,而是利用灰度直方图进行等高线化分,并利用曲线附近灰度变化特性确定图像分割。
It's an algorithm of image segmentation by using the contour of grey and the grey level's rate. Extract grey contour from 2-dimension image, synthetically consider the 3-dimension information of colony image. At last, use boundary variation acceleration information to divide, The method uses grey histogram to carry out contour dividing instead of grey degree similarity of nearby pels. And use curve grey degree varied feature to ensure image segmentation.
