摘要
目的比较用氢氧化钙垫底,光固化树脂修复楔状缺损与单独用光固化树脂修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法常规清除病损区牙石,软垢,菌斑,色素,备洞,用75%酒精棉球清洗,消毒,隔湿,吹干。A组是把按比例调拌好的氢氧化钠送入缺损区,使之仅修复缺损的牙本质部分,待氢氧化钙固化后,再对其表面及缺损的釉质部分进行酸蚀,用清水冲洗,隔湿,干燥,涂布粘结剂,然后用光固化树脂修复缺损的部分,光照,抛光,上光。B组是对缺损的釉质部分进行酸蚀,用清水冲洗,隔湿,干燥,涂布粘结剂,然后用光固化树脂修复全部缺损部分,光照,抛光,上光。结果共选择患牙200颗,经过1-2年的随访观察,用氢氧化钙垫底,光固化树脂修复楔状缺损的成功率为95%,而单独用光固化树脂修复楔状缺损的成功率为64%。结论用氢氧化钙与光固化树脂合用,其防龋能力优于单独充填光固化树脂的防龋能力。
The paper aims to contrast the different curative effects brought by using light - solidified colophony to repair wedge - shaped damage with the calcium - hydroxide as the padding material and only light - solidified colophony as the treating material. Through analyzing the concrete operation procedures and used materials of two teams in treating wedge - shaped tooth damage, the author tries to testify that the curative effects on preventing decayed tooth by using light - solidified colophony to repair wedge - shaped damage with the calcium - hydroxide as the padding material is better than that brought by using colophony as the only therapy material.
