基于网上资源利用的《基础护理学》教改试验

摘要 目的探索网络环境下高等院校在校护理学生《基础护理学》的新型教学模式。方法将护理本科生随机分为网络组和课堂组,学习《基础护理学》部分内容,以考试成绩和问卷调查进行组间比较及试验后分析。结果两组学生课后考试成绩总分及新知识得分的组间差异有统计学意义,其中网络组得分高;85.7%的网络组学生喜欢围绕问题或目标进行学习,95.2%的学生认为网络教学可以培养自主学习的能力,学生普遍认为网络教学可以提高各种信息素养。结论目标引导型网络学习方式能满足本科生的教学要求,网络教学能促进学生主动学习行为并提高学生的信息素养,还有助于培养熟悉网络教学的教师队伍。 Objective To explore a new teaching model based on the web-t)asea environment m higher education. Methods Nursing students were randomized into the control group (face-to-face or traditional classroom) and the intervention (online) group to learn parts of Fundamentals of Nursing . The learning outcomes of the 2 groups were evaluated by testing and the questionnaire before and after learning. Results The difference of the total score and the scores of new knowl- edge part after learning was significant between the two groups, with the intervention group hav- ing the higher score. 85.7 % of students in the intervention group were in favour of question-fo- cused or objective-focused learning method;95.2 % of students in the intervention group believed that online learning could cultivate the ability of self-learning and improve the information struc- ture. Conclusion Objective-focused online learning method can meet the teaching requirements; online learning can promote the active learning and information accomplishment of students and the teacher's ability of online teaching.
